What is TIA?

TIA is ATTP's build accelerator. The goal is not learning about building; it is a real thing, built for a real client, with real money through it, in six weeks. Teams of two or three take live briefs from companies and organisations, ship a working version by week 3, and defend the entire record at a public dissection. There is no cost to attend, no fee, no charge, at any stage.

Cohort One ran January to April 2026 over 13 weeks and proved the model. From 2027, TIA compresses into a six-week intensive: every Saturday runs morning and afternoon, every week ends with a public output, and the pace is the point. More demanding, and the output is correspondingly stronger.

The accountability is structural, not motivational. Outputs are public and cumulative: the brief, the customer evidence, the shipped version, the ledger, the users. By graduation each team has an evidence trail nobody can fake, which is simultaneously their portfolio, their Passport, and the programme's impact report writing itself.

The top three teams at the dissection are paid, because real work deserves real stakes, and the judges are the clients whose problems were worked, because they know their problem best.

TIA, TIC, and Launchpad are one connected programme. TIC is the open competition where the talent is found. TIA is what comes next for the participants who are serious, and Fellowship is where TIA graduates go to become the kind of leader who can carry what they build.

Who gets in?

TIC alumni are prioritised. The programme is open to young people aged 13 to 22 who are working on something real: an idea, a prototype, or an early-stage initiative. Solo founders and small teams are both welcome. Selection is by application and shortlist. ATTP looks for people who can show their thinking and follow through on their work, not just those with the best-sounding idea.
