Who we are
A Lagos-born movement helping young Nigerians become who they were made to be.
We started as a podcast on Christmas Day 2020 with one microphone and an audience of fewer than ten. Five years on, the work has grown: 57+ conversations reaching listeners in 64 countries, two Teen Innovators Challenges, the first TIA cohort, and a Launchpad platform with curated briefs drawn from real Nigerian problems across 38 sectors. We serve young Nigerians aged 13 to 35 — those who are building for the first time and those who are ready to give back. Every programme exists for the same reason: helping young Africans figure out who they are while they build things that matter.

Give your time where it compounds.
Structured volunteer roles with real management scope, a personal reference letter from the founder, and first access in writing to any paid role ATTP creates. Not a weekend gig.
