ATTP

ATTP Launchpad

Turn a brief into work you can show.

Choose a practical problem, create a response, and receive useful feedback. Strong work can earn a verified certificate and a place in the ATTP project showcase. Launchpad is open to young Africans aged 13 to 30, whether or not you are already in an ATTP programme.

How it works

Choose. Build. Submit.

01

Someone posts a real brief

A company, foundation, institution, or individual brings a real problem to ATTP. We help frame it as a brief, something young people can actually work on and submit.

02

You do the work

Pick a brief that interests you. Build something, a strategy, a design, a prototype, a website, a deck, a repo. Paste the link and submit. A written explanation is optional.

03

Get feedback and build your record

Every complete submission is reviewed. Work that meets the brief earns a verified certificate, and selected projects are published as part of your public portfolio.

For participants

You do not need a CV. You need an idea.

Launchpad is open to young Africans aged 13 to 30. You can work alone or with a team. Start with a brief that matches your current ability, follow its requirements, and submit evidence of what you made.

  • Free to participate, no entry fee, ever
  • Work at your own pace within the submission window
  • Receive feedback on every complete submission
  • Earn a certificate when your work meets the brief
  • Build a portfolio you can use in future applications

Launchpad supports the ATTP pathway at every stage. You can use it before TIC, during TIA, or whenever you want to practise and produce stronger work. Completing a brief does not guarantee selection for another programme.

For brief sponsors

Bring a useful problem.

Organisations, researchers and community leaders can work with ATTP to turn a real problem into a clear, age-appropriate brief. We agree the audience, review process and participant support before it goes live.

  • A defined problem and intended outcome
  • Clear safeguarding and data-use boundaries
  • A realistic review and feedback commitment
