Apply to be a mentor

ATTP mentors work one-on-one with young people aged 13 to 35 who are building projects, exploring careers, or figuring out their next move. You bring your experience. We handle the matching and the structure.

Your commitment

Mentors commit to at least one session per month with their matched participant. Sessions are 45 to 60 minutes and held online. You set your own availability.

Who you will work with

Participants are TIA programme members aged 13 to 22: builders, creators, and early-career professionals from across Africa and the diaspora. Matches are made based on goals and expertise.

Orientation

All accepted mentors complete a short online orientation before being matched. It covers ATTP's values, safeguarding responsibilities, and how the platform works.
