Founder
Akintunde Idowu
Founder and Executive Director
Akintunde started ATTP on Christmas Day 2020 in Bariga, Lagos with the conviction that honest conversation about identity, purpose, and faith could change the trajectory of a young person's life. He hosts ATTP Conversations, convenes the Teen Innovators Challenge and Accelerator, and builds spaces where young people move from "I have an idea" to "I made it happen." His approach is rooted in teaching with love and leading with integrity.
Leadership team
Three leads run ATTP alongside the founder, each managing a department and reporting directly to Akintunde.
Oluwafolakemi Bisuga
Programmes Lead
Folakemi served as programme lead for TIC 2025, coordinating operations end to end and ensuring the event ran with precision from start to finish. Her leadership held the details together when it mattered most.
Oyinade Togun
Communications Lead
Oyinade manages communications, stakeholder relations, and social media for ATTP. She coordinates judges, handles external-facing work, and keeps the organisation visible and connected.
Olorunjoba Idowu
Partnerships Lead
Joba leads ATTP's partnership work, building relationships with organisations that can support programmes through funding, expertise, venues, and practical resources. He coordinates partner conversations and helps turn agreed support into clear delivery.

Shina Stephen
Media Head
Shina leads ATTP's media operations, coordinating the production team and ensuring every event is captured with the quality it deserves.
Moyinoluwa Sodeinde
Host and Moderator
Moyin hosts and moderates ATTP events, bringing steadiness and confidence to live sessions and participant interviews.
Segun Oyetade
Livestream and Media
Segun manages livestream operations and media coverage, delivering clean, professional output that extends each event beyond the room.
Odukoya Boluwatife
Logistics Coordinator
Bolu coordinates logistics, printing, and on-ground operations, showing up consistently and keeping the practical side of every event running smoothly.
Ayomide Olaniran
Volunteer
Ayomide supports logistics and on-ground coordination, contributing reliability and care to ATTP's events and programmes.
Samuel Idowu
Volunteer
Samuel handles logistics and coordination, bringing steady commitment to everything he takes on.
