Founder & Executive Director
ATTP (A Talented Tribe with Purpose), Lagos
- Direct the design, implementation and monitoring of concurrent youth innovation programmes serving young people aged 13 to 35 across Nigeria: the Teen Innovators Challenge (national competition with an independent judging system), the Teen Innovators Accelerator (six-week cohort programme with mentor matching), the ATTP Fellowship, and the ATTP Launchpad (real-world briefs and challenges).
- Develop, update and maintain annual and cohort-level work plans; track implementation against agreed milestones and established standards; and report on progress to partners, mentors and volunteers on a fixed reporting cycle.
- Coordinate across programmes and workstreams to ensure alignment and avoid duplication of efforts, with structured information sharing between teams.
- Established the monitoring and reporting infrastructure for all programmes: application pipelines, cohort analytics, session logs and automated progress reporting, covering 85 applications in the first Teen Innovators Challenge and 22 team entries from 18 schools and community groups in the second.
- Manage and build the capacity of 38 volunteers and 20 mentors, covering recruitment, digital agreements, induction, and training materials and modules.
- Support resource mobilisation: secured and administered grants and sponsor support for more than 20 teenage innovators, with partner-facing reporting on the use of funds.
- Organise ATTP Conversations, a twelve-session public dialogue series across Nigerian cities, and deliver community digital literacy sessions in schools across Lagos.

- Programme-manage two production platforms: an intern management system running the Future Legal Leaders Programme and Tech Law Trainee tracks, and the LegalX Innovation Hub for technology-law builders; supervise a team of two.
- Oversee the full programme cycle: public application intake, a structured week-by-week curriculum with supervisor approval gates, cohort analytics, and automated certificate and reference letter generation.
- Implemented a five-stage project methodology with session logs, a project showcase and full administrative oversight; replaced manual email operations with systems now handling more than 50 applications per month.

- Direct strategy and operations of an education programme supporting internationally trained lawyers preparing for the Irish Law Society Final Examination; supervise a team of five.
