Products and platforms built from scratch, each addressing a real gap in a specific context.
Two production platforms built from scratch for Ogunyemi Solicitors (BOC Legal | Johnson & Wilner Alliance): a full-stack intern management system handling the Future Legal Leaders Programme and Tech Law Trainee tracks, and a separate LegalX Innovation Hub for tech-law builders. The intern portal replaces entirely manual email operations, covering public application through week-locked curriculum with supervisor approval gates, cohort analytics, and PDF certificate and reference letter generation. The innovation hub manages builder-mentor relationships across a five-stage project methodology, with session logs, a project showcase, and full admin oversight. Both platforms are live on Vercel, handling over 50 applications per month across multiple tracks and cohorts.
A full-stack social innovation platform built from scratch to serve young people aged 13 to 35 across Nigeria. Includes Launchpad (real-world briefs and challenges), the Teen Innovators Challenge (a national competition with an independent judging system), the Teen Innovators Accelerator (a six-week cohort programme with mentor matching), ATTP Conversations (a city-by-city conversation series), and a volunteer management system with digital agreements, training modules, and membership cards. Designed to be the first platform that takes young Africans seriously as builders and thinkers, not just beneficiaries.

What I am actively working on
Honest about what I am still building in myself. These are not gaps, they are the next layer.
Spec before sprint
I have a strong bias for action and move fast. I am actively building the discipline of front-loading written requirements before building, so edge cases get resolved in conversation rather than in code, and decisions are easier to hand off.
Building systems that run without me
I carry the full context of every project simultaneously, which means things move but can stall when I am not in the room. I am working on translating that context into documentation, processes, and team structures that hold up independently.
Technical depth alongside breadth
I build across many disciplines, and I work with AI to extend what I can ship. I am deliberately deepening my implementation knowledge so I can make sharper architectural decisions, review output more critically, and know more precisely what I am asking for.
Sustaining the pace
Running multiple workstreams at once is what I am built for, but I am actively learning to protect recovery time and creative space, so the output stays at the quality the work deserves long-term.

Session 01
Start with who, not what
How to define the person before the product. Writing requirements from lived experience rather than a feature list. The gap between what people ask for and what they actually need, and why closing that gap is the whole job.
Session 02
Think in systems, not features
Every feature lives inside a system. How to map what happens before and after any user action, design for the edge cases that surface when real people show up, and build things that hold together under pressure.
Session 03
Build compliance in, not on
Data protection, safeguarding, and legal frameworks are design constraints, not administrative overhead. How to read them, apply them early, and make compliance part of the brief so you are protected before anything goes wrong.
Session 04
Work with AI as a force multiplier
How to delegate to AI without losing authorship. Writing briefs that produce output you can actually use. Maintaining your voice, your standards, and your decisions across AI-assisted sessions so the work sounds like you, not the tool.
Session 05
Design the experience, not just the product
The email. The onboarding. The moment someone finishes something and nothing happens. These are all design decisions. How to audit every touchpoint in your organisation and redesign for motivation, not just information delivery.

Momentum over perfection
How to decide quickly and ship with confidence. How to prioritise by who it affects rather than what is technically easy. How to hand work off without losing what matters, and how to protect the pace long-term.
