Our vision
An Africa where talented young people can build meaningful futures, regardless of where they start.
We want young Africans to have the guidance, practical experience, relationships and access they need to turn ability into useful work. One generation who knows what they are for remains our rallying call.
Why this work exists
The problem is not talent.
Young Africans, specifically Nigerians, are not short on ideas, ambition, or capability. What they lack is a structured space to develop it. A place where the work is taken seriously. A community that holds them to a higher standard than their immediate environment does.
ATTP is faith-rooted and open to young people from every background. We combine honest counsel and purposeful community with the practical experience needed to test an idea, improve it and put credible work into the world.
The pathway is connected: conversations and outreach help young people discover; TIC challenges them; TIA develops them; Launchpad helps them build; mentorship, opportunities and the alumni community help them continue.
What we believe
The four things ATTP does not compromise on.

Identity before strategy
Every programme ATTP runs starts with the same question: who are you? Not what do you want to become: who are you right now? Identity is not a distraction from work. It is the foundation that makes the work last.

Real briefs. Real stakes.
Launchpad, TIC, and TIA all run on real briefs from real organisations. Young people do not need more theoretical exercises. They need problems that matter, submitted to people who will actually read the work.

Access before expansion
We strengthen programmes, evidence and participant support before taking on major fixed costs. Any future physical home must follow demonstrated need and sustainable funding.

The diaspora is part of the tribe
The podcast reaches Nigerians in Atlanta, London, and Lagos at the same moment. ATTP's programmes are Nigeria-rooted but diaspora-inclusive. The tribe does not stop at the border.
A long-term ambition
A permanent home for the work.
ATTP may eventually establish an accessible physical base in Lagos where cohorts can meet, equipment can be shared and participants can continue their work beyond a programme.
This is a later-stage ambition, not the present measure of success. It will proceed only when programme demand, evidence, governance and sustainable operating funding justify it.

Shared equipment: cameras, laptops, microphones, available for programme participants who do not have their own.
🤝 Mentor drop-in days
Monthly open sessions where mentors, partners, and founders engage with current cohort members and alumni working on real projects.

Platform completion
Full Launchpad, TIA, and TIC platform live with certificate flows, alumni tracking, and a public project showcase. The infrastructure of a real institution.
- 2027
Bariga Innovation Hub, Phase 1
A permanent shared workspace for TIA cohorts and Launchpad participants in Bariga, Lagos. Equipment, mentorship rooms, a recording studio. Open six days a week.
- 2028
ATTP Media Studio
Podcast studio, video production suite, and social content lab, built into the Hub. ATTP Conversations records here. Cohort teams learn storytelling here. Content that comes from here reaches the world.
- 2030
500 alumni with traceable impact
Five hundred young Nigerians who went through ATTP programmes and can point to something they built because of it. A portfolio that speaks for itself. A case study that earns the next decade of funding.
