Volunteer role
Partnerships Lead
The Partnerships Lead manages all of ATTP's external relationships — corporate partners, sponsors, government and institutional contacts, and community organisations — and leads a team of 4 volunteers. This is a named leadership role: your name and photo appear on the ATTP website alongside the founder's, separate from the general volunteer listing. You receive a personal reference letter from Akintunde Idowu and first access, in writing, to any paid role ATTP creates. You own the pipeline, the pitch process, and the terms of every partnership ATTP signs.
What you deliver
A pipeline of partners that resource ATTP's programmes, from first contact to agreement.
How success is measured
Partnerships moved to signed and the resources they unlock.
What you will do
- —Manage ATTP's full partnerships pipeline — prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing agreements
- —Lead and coordinate 4 volunteers across corporate, government, and community outreach functions
- —Report monthly to the founder on the partnerships pipeline, signed agreements, and relationship health
- —Attend ATTP Conversations sessions and be introduced as an ATTP lead in the room with partners, speakers, and funders
- —Shape how the partnerships department operates — priorities, positioning, and relationship standards
- —Named publicly on the ATTP website as part of the leadership team
