ATTP is completing registration as Advancing Youthful Talent Through Purpose Foundation. Until the process is complete, we describe the registration as ongoing and do not claim a legal or tax status that has not been confirmed.

Clear authority, honest records and safeguards for the young people, partners and resources entrusted to ATTP.
Trustee oversight
The Board of Trustees provides fiduciary oversight, approves major commitments and holds the Executive Director accountable. Day-to-day programme delivery remains with the ATTP team.
Financial control
A requester cannot approve their own expenditure. Programme owners confirm the need and delivery, Finance checks the record, an authorised person approves, and Finance reconciles and reports the transaction.
Restricted funds
Money given for a named purpose is tracked against that purpose. Changes require written approval where the funding agreement requires it.
Safeguarding and conduct
Safeguarding, data protection, conflicts of interest and speak-up processes apply to trustees, staff, volunteers, mentors, reviewers, judges and partners.
Evidence and reporting
We are building a consistent record of participation, completion, projects, outcomes, expenditure and incidents. Public claims should be supported by verified evidence.
