Judging Coordinator

4-6 hours/week during judging periodsReports to: Programmes Lead

Not a judge, but the person who makes judging work. You manage all communications with the judging panel, track scoring progress, send reminders, and ensure every deadline in the judging process is met.

What you deliver

A fully staffed, briefed and scheduled judging panel that scores on time.

How success is measured

Judges confirmed before the deadline and the share of scores returned by the cut-off.

What you will do

—Coordinate all communications between ATTP and the judging panel
—Track scoring progress and send timely reminders to judges
—Compile and organise score submissions for the programme team
—Manage judge onboarding materials and portal access
