Curriculum Designer

4-6 hours/weekReports to: Programmes Lead

You design the materials young people actually learn from. TIA learning resources, Launchpad challenge briefs, participant handbooks. The quality of the experience depends significantly on the quality of what participants read and do.

What you deliver

A build-ready curriculum module a facilitator can teach without rewriting it.

How success is measured

Modules shipped and the facilitator rating after each one is delivered.

What you will do

—Develop TIA programme learning materials and facilitator session guides
—Design and write Launchpad challenge briefs in ATTP brand voice
—Create and update participant handbooks and onboarding materials
—Collaborate with facilitators to test and refine materials based on real session feedback
