Pexels works the same way as Unsplash — free images and videos, no attribution, no licensing — but the catalogue is different and often has better results for African contexts and darker skin tones. It also includes free stock video, which Unsplash does not. If you are building a presentation, a pitch, or a campaign and need visual assets that represent your audience accurately, search both Unsplash and Pexels and take the best result. Having both bookmarked costs nothing.
