RouteIQ is an intelligent routing platform designed to transform how Lagosians navigate the city's chaotic transport network. Victor proposed a data-driven approach to optimise BRT routes and reduce commute times for millions of daily passengers. The proposal mapped existing route inefficiencies using publicly available data and presented a phased implementation plan for the Lagos State government.
