The story
Project ACCESS trains students to become Access Allies who support classmates with disabilities. Phoebe's proposal provides simple learning tools and apps and creates clubs that teach kindness and practical inclusion skills. The project is built around a core belief: inclusion is not about policies, it is about people who choose to care. The model is designed to scale across schools without requiring external funding.
