The story
PadHer is a WhatsApp and SMS chatbot that helps girls learn about menstrual health, track their periods, and access affordable pads. Available in English, Yoruba, and Pidgin, it connects users to local pad vendors and reduces shame around menstruation. The project directly addresses school absenteeism caused by lack of access to sanitary products and accurate health information.
