Terms of Service

Version 1.1 · Effective June 2026

Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of ATTP's website, digital platforms, and participation in any ATTP programme, including the Teen Innovators Accelerator (TIA), the Teen Innovators Challenge (TIC), the ATTP Fellowship, the Launchpad project brief platform, ATTP Conversations events, and any school or institutional co-delivery arrangement. By registering, applying, or participating, you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must also agree on your behalf. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our platforms or participate in our programmes. Participants under 18 require written parental or guardian consent. Fellowship participants must be at least 20 years old. By registering, you confirm that the information you have provided is accurate and complete. ATTP reserves the right to verify eligibility and to refuse or withdraw enrolment where information is found to be false or misleading.

Accounts and Registration

Where you create an account on an ATTP platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at info@attpglobal.com if you become aware of any unauthorised use. ATTP will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

(a) Use our platforms or programmes for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law. (b) Post, submit, or transmit content that is defamatory, threatening, obscene, discriminatory, or that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party. (c) Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any ATTP system, account, or data. (d) Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with our platforms in any way not expressly permitted. (e) Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or affiliation with any organisation. (f) Disrupt or interfere with the experience of other participants or the delivery of any ATTP programme.

User Content and Intellectual Property

Any project submissions, written work, designs, or other content you create and submit as part of an ATTP programme remain your intellectual property. By submitting content, you grant ATTP a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and reproduce that content for the purposes of programme delivery, internal evaluation, impact reporting, and, with your additional consent, external communications and marketing.

All content created by ATTP, including course materials, frameworks, methodologies, branding, and website content, is owned by ATTP or its licensors and may not be reproduced, adapted, or distributed without prior written permission.

Fees and Payments

Where a programme fee applies, it will be clearly stated at the point of application. Fees are processed via Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. By completing a payment, you agree to Paystack's terms of service in addition to these terms. Fees are generally non-refundable once a programme has commenced, except where ATTP cancels or substantially changes a programme, in which case a pro-rata refund will be issued. Any refund requests should be directed to info@attpglobal.com within 14 days of the relevant event.

Suspension and Termination

ATTP may suspend or permanently remove a participant from any programme or platform where the participant has breached these terms, the Participant Code of Conduct, or any other applicable ATTP policy. Decisions on suspension will ordinarily be communicated in writing and, where appropriate, an opportunity to respond will be given before a final decision is made. ATTP reserves the right to act immediately where the safety or wellbeing of other participants or staff is at risk.

Limitation of Liability

ATTP provides its programmes and platforms in good faith and takes reasonable steps to ensure quality and safety. However, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

(a) ATTP does not guarantee any specific outcome from participation in a programme, including employment, funding, or academic advantage. (b) ATTP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our platforms or participation in our programmes. (c) Our total liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to ATTP in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by ATTP's negligence.

Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising from these terms or your participation in an ATTP programme will first be referred to ATTP's management team for informal resolution. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria. You agree to submit to that jurisdiction for the resolution of any such dispute.
