Before the Teens Innovators Challenge, ReImagine Plastics was just a passionate idea. I knew the problem of plastic pollution in my community was urgent, but I didn't have the structure or the confidence to turn my vision into a real project. The accelerator was the catalyst that changed everything. It gave me the blueprint I desperately needed. Using the seed funding we won and the storytelling skills I learned in the program, I was able to launch our first pilot workshop. We successfully trained over 25 children, upcycled more than 50 plastic bottles into functional art, and built the foundation for everything that has come since. The biggest change for me was a shift from dreaming to doing. ATTP didn't just give me funding; it gave me proof that my idea could actually work. It's the reason I can now confidently apply for global opportunities and continue to scale our impact.
