Platform and Technology Volunteer

5-10 hours/weekReports to: Executive Director

You keep the platform running and help it grow. Bug fixes, site maintenance, and feature support. This role carries serious responsibility — participants and volunteers depend on the platform daily. It is a strong candidate to become a paid role as ATTP scales.

What you deliver

A stable platform where reported bugs are fixed and shipped.

How success is measured

Uptime and the median time to resolve a reported issue.

What you will do

—Monitor the ATTP platform for bugs, performance issues, and broken flows
—Implement small features and improvements with direction from ATTP leadership
—Document technical decisions, known issues, and handoff notes for continuity
—Test new deployments before they go live and flag regressions
