Volunteer role

Mentorship & Wellbeing Coordinator

4–6 hrs/week during programme, 1–2 hrs/week between programmesReports to: Programmes Lead

You own the participant experience across TIA and TIC — both the mentorship programme and the wellbeing of every young person in it. These are not two separate jobs: they connect naturally. The person who helps a participant through a creative block is also the person who checks they are not burning out. You work with mentors, track sessions, and make sure every participant feels supported through the whole programme.

What you deliver

Matched mentors and a wellbeing check-in rhythm that every active participant is part of.

How success is measured

The share of participants with an active mentor and the check-in completion rate.

What you will do

  • Coordinate mentorship matching and session tracking for TIA and TIC participants
  • Monitor participant wellbeing and flag concerns to the Programmes Lead
  • Maintain communication between mentors and participants
  • Collect feedback from participants and mentors at programme end
