Alumni & Community Coordinator
You keep the relationship alive after the programme ends. You follow up with TIC and TIA participants, build the alumni network, and help ATTP stay connected to the people who have already been through it. Alumni are ATTP's most powerful proof — this role makes sure that relationship is maintained and that alumni can return as contributors, speakers, and referees.
What you deliver
An active alumni network that stays connected to ATTP after their programme ends.
How success is measured
The number of alumni who come back each quarter to mentor, judge or speak.
What you will do
- —Follow up with TIC and TIA participants after programme completion
- —Build and maintain the ATTP alumni database
- —Coordinate alumni contributions to blog, social media, and mentorship
- —Organise alumni touchpoints and reconnection moments
