Ancient wisdom on wealth includes a principle that has survived thousands of years: the wise person owns the land beneath their feet. Property that you own costs you in one journey of acquisition and then works for you afterwards. Property you rent costs you continuously and leaves you nothing. This does not mean rushing into property ownership at any price.
